We are here to help
Lab Testing
Virginia Premier will cover the full cost, waiving any co-pays or cost sharing for COVID-19 diagnostic testing.
Telehealth
During this state of emergency, Virginia Premier will cover telehealth benefits related to urgent and non-urgent office visits for all of our health plans.
Pharmacy
In response to the COVID-19, Virginia Premier is temporarily changing its pharmacy benefits.
Service Authorizations
Virginia Premier is waiving service authorization requirements on selected services in accordance with DMAS Requirements.
Fair Hearings and Appeals
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Virginia Premier has made changes to provider appeals.
Credentialing
Virginia Premier will be implementing credentialing exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
