Virginia Premier is taking an innovative approach to healthcare by opening up a state-of-the-art patient centered medical home that serves Virginia Premier Health Plan members. The clinic addresses the Primary Care Physician shortage in the Roanoke area, and it focuses on collaborative, team-based care for our members.

Our goal is to improve health outcomes, manage disease, increase wellness and enhance access to care by offering extended hours and improving the availability of primary care services in Roanoke, Virginia. We focus on patient-centered care and collaboration within the entire care team, which includes:

Appointments

Call us by phone to set up an appointment, and we’ll fit you in as soon as possible. You may be able to get a same-day appointment, but you’ll need to call us before you arrive.

If you’re running late to your appointment, please give us a call. We may have to reschedule you.

If you’re going to miss your appointment, please give us a call. We’ll be happy to set up a new one for you.
