Virginia Premier is an HMO D-SNP organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Virginia Premier depends on contract renewal. The formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
Call us at 1-833-688-6701 (TTY: 711) October 1 through March 31, 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Or call April 1 through September 30, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. On certain holidays and weekends, your call will be handled by our automated phone system.
Medicare beneficiaries may enroll in Virginia Premier Advantage Elite (HMO D-SNP) through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at Medicare.gov.
