Introducing Virginia Premier Elite Plus

If you’re eligible to participate in the CCC Plus plan, the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) will send you a letter telling you that you’re now enrolled. Your enrollment could be through us, Virginia Premier, or another health plan.

If you’re not a Virginia Premier member and you’d like to be, you may still have the option to choose us*. Just call the managed care health line at 1-844-374-9159, and tell them you want Virginia Premier. You can also visit to learn more.

Enrollment began August 1 in the Tidewater region, and is gradually spreading across the state.

*DMAS gives you the option to switch CCC Plus health plans up to 3 months after initial assignment.

In order to register for an account, if you would like access to all group NPIs/APIs under a single Tax ID, please enter your Tax ID only. If you would like access to a specific group NPI/API instead, please enter it in the field provided. 

For expedited registration, please provide a Claim number and the Total Billed Charges on the claim when creating your account.

You will receive an email within 3-5 business days with your username and temporary password.
