As the Governor of Virginia has declared a state of emergency, we will allow our members to fill their prescriptions at any pharmacy, even if it’s out of network, and temporarily waive restrictions such as “refill too soon.”

Medicare Advantage Members
During the state of emergency, we will allow you to get care from other health care providers at Medicare-certified facilities, even if they aren’t in our network and your health care need isn’t an emergency.
