One of the perks of working at Virginia Premier is the Infant at Work Program, in which parents can bring their babies to work. This program encourages new mothers or fathers to return to work sooner by allowing new parents to bring their infant to work with them until the child is 8 months old or begins to crawl, whichever comes first.
